As a fellow artist, I've tried to design this website to be simple, easy to use, and meet the needs of anyone wanting to display examples of their art on the Internet. Photography Art will not retain any copyrights to the images a gallery owner exhibits in the gallery.   2. It is the responsibility of each artisan to insure they own the copyright to any image they exhibit in the gallery.   3. Photography Art is not responsible for any unauthorized use of any image by a gallery owner.   4. Photography Art is not responsible for the unauthorized use of an image downloaded from an artists gallery by a third party. Each artist should add a watermark to any images uploaded to the gallery, if this is a concern.   5. A gallery owner must agree not to upload any illegal, sexually explicit, or pornographic images or material into the gallery. Fine art nudes are acceptable. If you have any questions concerning an image, you should contact Photography Art before uploading it to your gallery.   6. Photography Art has the right to delete any images or text we deem objectionable from a gallery.   7. Photography Art has the right to terminate our contract with a gallery owner at any time. A refund of the remaining full months of the contract will be returned.   8. Photography Art will not be held liable for any business dealings between one of our gallery owners and a customer.   9. Photography Art will take no commission from an artist's sales generated through the gallery.   10. Photography Art is not responsible for any images or information lost from a gallery due to a catastrophic system failure. We will take every precaution possible to prevent any loss of information, but each artisan should retain back-up copies of any text or images uploaded to the gallery.
